Delivery fee starts at $35.00
*administrative fees are for various operational catering cost and not a gratuity
Orders can be boxed individually for an additional $1.50 pp

Kindly note that this contract does not guarantee that the date is blocked for your event.
ONLY a secured deposit minimum of 25% of estimated cost will confirm the reservation.
If another client confirms and pays ahead of you, they will be given priority.
An additional 25% is required within 30 days of the booking.
All deposits are nonrefundable
50% of the total cost of the event is nonrefundable.
The balance is required up to 14 days prior to the event.
Failure to make payment ontime is subject to 10% inconvenience fee
Buffet- we set up the food, you serve your self.
Cafeteria- Your party comes up to service area, to be served their food.

Full Service - Sit back, relax, and let the food be brought to you and your guest($35hr per server) **
**Minimum 4 hours of service**
We try to cater to every location but if the location is deemed far and access is difficult, a surcharge is applicable.
This covers additional costs involved such as labor,transport and additional equipment
The price invoiced to the client by Plum Catering Company is the price indicted on the contract.
Any last minute changes requested by the Client will require written confirmation by Plum Catering Company.
The number of guests must be communicated 21 working days prior the event and confirmed at the latest 14 working days prior to the event.
The final invoice will be based on this figure even in the event of a last minute cancellation
In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, Plum Catering Company will charge 100% of the total estimated amount
